This was one of my do it yourself projects. The lights are cold cathode fluorescent they were originally for computer enhancement. I purchased two kits over the internet all I had to do was add a transformer and it was ready to go. Mounting was pretty easy I just used cable clamps. The effect is really very nice in the evening.
